Weekly Rate: Take a 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more.

Tax: 11.7% Massachusetts room tax will be collected.

We reserve the right to change a reservation to a comparable or upgraded room to accommodate people with special needs.

Amenities are included.

Single-night stays are allowed in certain situations.

Minimum stays may apply to certain holidays and peak periods.

Reservations may be made no more than one year in advance.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, DinersClub, and JCB.

Credit card information is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card is not charged until arrival.

All cancellations and shortened stays will charged a $25 fee. Cancellations or shortened stays with under 14 days notice will be subject to an additional charge equal to 50% of the total fare if we are unable to re-book the room. No-shows will be charged full fare.
